Back in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Access Management

I’ll get straight to it. Gartner has once again listed RSA in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant for Access Management. Second year in a row. Still in the Niche quadrant. Still right where we want to be—and right where our customers need us to be.

Because we believe niche doesn’t mean small. Niche means specialized strength. RSA has never been and will never be the generic access vendor for everyone. Instead, we’re here for the organizations that cannot afford to get access wrong – the governments, banks, hospitals, and critical infrastructure operators that understand that securing identities has very real financial, regulatory, and human impact.

Gartner clearly sees that. This year, we moved up and to the right in the Magic Quadrant for both completeness of vision and ability to execute. That’s not luck—that’s direction. It’s momentum that validates the RSA access strategy.

Workforce access management for high-security organizations

We’re not chasing mass-market identity. We’re doubling down on what matters most: workforce access for regulated, security-critical environments.

In the report, Gartner specifically called out RSA’s strength in regulated industries. They also acknowledged the work we have done improving the user and admin experience. Real progress in making identity both secure and frictionless. That matters, because security that people work around isn’t security. It’s theater.

The RSA Unified Identity Platform

I’m proud of what the RSA product team has achieved in developing new capabilities and enhancements to RSA access solutions. But we’re not done yet: RSA will continue to enhance our deep workforce access management solution with new capabilities that keep organizations secure and simplify access for users.

Specifically, we’ll continue to advance access management as part of the RSA Unified Identity Platform – combining access, authentication, automated identity intelligence, governance, lifecycle and identity security posture management into one strategic capability. Together, these features deliver one coherent platform designed for resilience, compliance, and real-world operational continuity.

If you haven’t talked to RSA lately, you should. And if you’re responsible for securing high-stakes environments, now is exactly the right time to see what we are building next.
