Q: I did not receive the welcome email with my Test Drive user name and password. How can I get a new one?
A: Not a problem. Before requesting a new one be sure to check your spam, junk or quarantine folder in your inbox. Look for an email from RSA SecurID Access Test Drive at donotreply@tryrsasecurid.com.

If you still don’t see your welcome email you may chat with a representative by calling us at call 1-800-995-5095 or 1-781-515-7700 and PRESS 1 to have a replacement email sent.


Q: I have received my welcome email but my credentials do not seem to work or I have forgotten my username or password.
A: That’s easy. Simply chat with a representative by calling us at 1-800-995-5095 or 1-781-515-7700 and PRESS 1 to have your account reset.


Q: I can't seem to find the RSA SecurID® Authenticate app in app store?
A: The RSA SecurID Authenticate app is available in the app store for iOS and Android. You can navigate directly to the app in the appropriate store by clicking the link below.

Q: I’m not sure if my browser is compatible, what versions and browsers are supported for the RSA SecurID Access Test Drive?
A: The RSA SecurID Access Test Drive has been fully tested on the following browsers and versions. If you are using an older version, you may need to upgrade your browser to get the full experience.

  • IE 11 on Windows 7
  • IE edge on Windows 10
  • Chrome v60.x on Windows 7
  • Firefox v55.x on Windows 7
  • Safari v10 on Mac OS Sierra (10.12)


Q: I want to share the RSA SecurID Access Test Drive with my colleagues, what is the best way to do so?
A: Simply send them the link to RSA.com and have them register for the RSA SecurID Access Test Drive. They will be able to have the same mobile experience as you on their own mobile devices.


Q: I signed up for the RSA SecurID Access Test Drive a couple months ago, but now when I try to log in, I am unable to access.
A: The RSA SecurID Access Test Drive is valid for 30 days after registration. Your credentials will expire. If you want to keep using the RSA SecurID Access Test Drive, you will need to register again. You will also need to remove the previous account in your RSA SecurID Authenticate mobile app with a simple swipe to delete and re-register your device just as you did previously.
