RSA Security Deepens Commitment to Channel Partners; Announces Enhancements to RSA SecurWorld™ Partner Program
Leading-Edge Program Expands to Offer Partners Greater Tools and Incentives to Help Meet Rapidly-Growing Market Opportunities

BEDFORD, Mass., — RSA Security, the expert in protecting online identities and digital assets, today announced further enhancements to the RSA SecurWorld™ Partner Program that will help to better enable its resale and distribution partners to meet growing market demand for its portfolio of security solutions.

The company plans to reward the efforts of individual partner sales executives, as well as increasing its rebate provision and improving the deal registration program. These new elements build on the success that the all-new program has achieved since it was launched in May 2005.

RSA SecurWorld Rewards Program announced
RSA Security has launched its RSA SecurWorld Rewards Program, beginning with the launch of an incentive card designed to reward individual sales executives working for RSA SecurWorld Partners. The scheme will offer cash payments onto a Visa debit card available to spend wherever the cards are accepted. The card will be used to encourage partners to sell new licenses for RSA Security products and to support new product launches by boosting rewards for particular transactions.

Applications to join the program will be accepted from the end of March 2006, with the full launch of the incentive card planned for later this year.

Solutions Partner Instant Rebate introduced
A further enhancement to the RSA SecurWorld Partner Program features the introduction of an upfront 5% instant rebate available to Solutions Partners, in recognition of their commitment to technical training and certification. The rebate is now available through participating RSA Authorized Distributors, based on the RSA Standard Price List.

Deal Registration enhancements launched
Effective on all transactions as of March 1st, 2006, RSA Security has introduced changes to its deal registration initiative designed to provide greater rewards for partners generating new business and those selling a broader range of RSA Security identity and access management products into existing and new customer accounts.

Rebate payments
Deal registration, new business and volume rebate payments to all eligible partners will be made 30 working days after the month-end as standard. Partners will also be able to view their past and current rebate statements on the RSA SecurWorld Partner Portal instead of receiving them by email. These enhancements are intended to help partners enjoy the benefits of the RSA SecurWorld Partner Program faster and more directly than ever before.
