The user only needs to install the RSA SecurID^® authentication software provided in the CDROM of Nokia 9210 Communicator. RSA SecurID^® authentication software always require a valid activation license.

With RSA SecurID^® software for the Nokia 9210 Communicator, customers don't need to carry a separate device to be able to display onetime passcodes. The RSA SecurID-enabled Nokia 9210 Communicator will display the token code, eliminating the need for customers to carry a separate token. After an easy one-time installation process, the RSA SecurID software is securely stored on the Nokia 9210 Communicator with safeguards to help prevent hacks or duplication.
