A RSA fornecer\u00e1 ferramentas de diagn\u00f3stico e documenta\u00e7\u00e3o para permitir que os clientes realizem a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento designado e outras tarefas de servi\u00e7o.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-3\">**Unidades substitu\u00edveis pelo cliente (CRUs):<\/p>\n<div class=\"pl-3\">As CRUs s\u00e3o conjuntos espec\u00edficos, componentes ou pe\u00e7as individuais de Equipamentos RSA designados que o Cliente est\u00e1 autorizado pela RSA a substituir por conta pr\u00f3pria. No caso de uma falha ou problema t\u00e9cnico, o cliente pode remover e substituir uma CRU usando ferramentas de diagn\u00f3stico e\/ou documenta\u00e7\u00e3o fornecidas pela RSA. Os conjuntos ou componentes n\u00e3o designados como CRUs devem ser reparados e\/ou substitu\u00eddos pela RSA ou por um parceiro de servi\u00e7o autorizado da RSA. Pe\u00e7as da CRU do Authentication Manager limitadas ao Appliance completo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-3\">***Substitui\u00e7\u00e3o padr\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<div class=\"pl-3 translation-block\">O administrador de sistema\/seguran\u00e7a de sua empresa devolver\u00e1 \u00e0 RSA todos os tokens n\u00e3o expirados que n\u00e3o funcionarem mais adequadamente. As substitui\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o enviadas em at\u00e9 5 dias ap\u00f3s o recebimento do token com defeito. Um formul\u00e1rio para impress\u00e3o ser\u00e1 enviado por e-mail ao cliente, contendo um formul\u00e1rio de devolu\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9-preenchido com n\u00fameros de RMA e informa\u00e7\u00f5es de entrega. Caso contr\u00e1rio, a RSA emitir\u00e1 uma fatura para os tokens de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o enviados.
