I did not receive the welcome email with my SecurID Access Test Drive user name and password. How can I get a new one?
Not a problem. Before requesting a new welcome email be sure to check your spam, junk or quarantine folder in your inbox. Look for an email from SecurID Access Test Drive at If you still don’t see your welcome email you may chat with a representative. Call us at 1-800-995-5095 or +1-781-515-7700 and PRESS 1 to have a replacement email sent.
I have received my welcome email but my credentials do not seem to work, or I have forgotten my username or password.
That’s easy. Simply chat with a representative. Call us at 1-800-995-5095 or +1-781-515-7700 and PRESS 1 to have your account reset.
I can't seem to find the SecurID Authenticate app in app store?
The SecurID Authenticate app is available in the app store for iOS and Android. You can navigate directly to the app in the appropriate store by clicking the link below.

I’m not sure if my browser is compatible. What versions and browsers are supported for the SecurID Access Test Drive?
The SecurID Access Test Drive has been tested on the following browsers and versions. If you are using an older version, you may need to upgrade your browser to get the intended experience.

  • IE 11 on Windows 7
  • IE Edge on Windows 10
  • Chrome v60.x on Windows 7
  • Firefox v55.x on Windows 7
  • Safari v10 on Mac OS Sierra (10.12)
I want to share the SecurID Access Test Drive with my colleagues, what is the best way to do so?
The easiest way is to have them register for the Test Drive themselves. Simply send them the SecurID Access Test Drive registration link from your RSA reseller partner or on This will allow your colleagues to try the Test Drive for themselves.
I signed up for the SecurID Access Test Drive a couple months ago, but now when I try to log in I am unable to access.
The SecurID Access Test Drive is valid for 30 days after registration. After that your credentials expire. If you want to keep using the SecurID Access Test Drive, you must register again. You also must remove the previous account from your SecurID Authenticate mobile app with a simple swipe to delete and then re-register your device just as you did previously.
