Where and when is RSA Charge 2020?
RSA Charge heads to the Walt Disney Dolphin and Swan Resort in Orlando, FL on October 5 – 8, 2020.
What is included in the full conference price?
Conference sessions, keynotes, meetups, and community activities are all included in the conference price:
- Welcome Reception (Monday) & Customer Appreciation event (Wednesday). Both include food and drinks.
- Breakfast, lunch, and break refreshments throughout the duration of the conference
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
- Access to RSA executives and subject matter experts
- Conversation, good times, and supportive RSA community included for all
Will meals be provided?
Yes, we'll feed you! Breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and snacks are provided Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during conference days. Food and beverages are provided at the Welcome Reception and Customer Appreciation Event.
Are there any tools to help me convince my boss?
We've got your back. Download the Justification Letter template. It has all the information you need to demonstrate the value of the conference. You can use it as-is or customize it for your needs.
Can I join the event as a sponsor?
Sponsor information will be available on January 13, 2020. Please reach out to email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
How will my credit card payment appear on my statement?
Conference fees for RSA Charge 2020 will show up on your credit card statement as Freeman Inc.
How do I request a copy of my receipt?
For an additional copy of your receipt, login to your registration and follow the steps below:
- Go to the quick links under your "Personal Information"
- Click "View Payment Documents"
- From there you can view, download or print the invoice or receipt you need

May I bring a guest?
Of course, the more the merrier! Each registered conference attendee can register one (1) guest as a companion for $300. The fee allows your guest to attend breakfast and lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday as well as Monday’s welcome reception and Wednesday’s customer appreciation event. You may register your guest when you register yourself. Please note: A Guest Pass is only valid for access to parties.
How many attendees are expected at RSA Charge 2020?
We are expecting to host more than 2000 attendees.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so at any time before September 1, 2020, though you will face a $150 processing fee. This processing fee applies to all RSA Charge 2020 registrations. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If I cannot attend, may I send someone from my organization to take my place?
Yes, you may send someone else from your company for a fee of $50 to cover administrative and payment processing fees. Substitutions must be made in writing to email@example.com. Please provide the name of the original registrant the name of the substitute in your email.
I received a promo or group code. How do I apply it to my registration?
Right after logging in to the registration site it will ask "Do you have a registration code?" page. Select "I have a code" button. Enter your code (include any dashes) and click continue. You will then be prompted to select if you're registering only yourself or for a group of people. Your discounted total will appear on the payment page in the itemized list before you submit your payment. Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
Can I use more than one promotional code (if applicable)?
Sorry, only one code may be used per attendee and discounts cannot be combined. If your discount code offers a deeper discount than the current promotional offer (ex. Early Bird discount), it will offer the less expensive option. Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
What methods can I use to pay?
We accept a variety of payment options: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express)
Which airport should I use?
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the most convenient choice if you are flying into Orlando. From there, it’s just a 20- to 30-minute drive to the resort. Visit www.orlandoairports.net for up-to-the minute airport information, flight schedules, parking information, maps, local driving conditions and other useful traveler’s information.
How I get from the airport to the conference?
Ground transportation (taxi or shuttle) is available from Orlando International airport, but not provided by RSA Charge Conference.
Are there discounted hotel rates available?
There are special conference rates available to attendees at the Walt Disney Dolphin Swan Resort. A link to our event hotel booking page will be provided upon completion of your registration.
Is there a deposit required to hold my hotel room?
You’ll need to provide a deposit for the first night’s room and tax. This will be charged to your card immediately. If plans change, you can cancel up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date for a full refund.
Can you help me book or change my reservation?
For the fastest route to reservation changes, please have the original reservation holder click the link found in their confirmation email or contact the hotel reservations department directly. If you're still having issues, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for support.
Can I stay at a different hotel?
Yes, there are plenty of other hotels in the area.
I've been contacted by a housing agency - is this legitimate?
No, it's not. You may be contacted by unauthorized solicitors offering hotel reservations. There is only one, official, exclusive housing block for this event with the link exclusively provided on your event registration page and in your confirmation email. Solicitation of hotel reservations from any company is not approved by RSA Charge conference. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however, they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to email@example.com.
What’s the weather like in Orlando in October?
It can be very warm during the day, with average highs around 90 F and average lows around 72 F. The hotel is, of course, air conditioned.
Is there a dress code for the conference?
Business casual. Meeting room temperatures may be cool while outdoor temperatures may be much warmer. We suggest that you bring layers for comfort.
What else is there to do in Orlando?
Besides Disney World and other theme parks, there’s golfing, cultural events, spas, night life, fine dining and many other attractions. Click Visit Orlando for ideas.
Where can I buy discounted tickets for Walt Disney World?
Please visit the RSA Disney Ticket Microsite to purchase discounted tickets: https://mydisneygroup.com/rsa2020. The site contains our partial-day tickets, AFTER 1 P.M. and AFTER 5 P.M., which are discounted off of our full 1-Day tickets.
In regards to the pricing, these tickets offer advance purchase savings on our Full-Multi-Day (2 days or longer) Tickets and include one (1) complimentary +1 FUN visit to an additional Disney Experience at any one (1) of the following (additional details are listed on the web site):
- Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
- Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park
- Disney’s Winter Summerland or Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Courses (before 4 p.m.)
- Greens Fees for one round of golf at Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course, our 9-hole walking course
I’m interested in speaking at RSA Charge 2020. How do I get involved?

Who should I contact if I have special dietary needs or allergies?
Let us know your dietary needs and/or restrictions during the registration process. If we have any questions or concerns, we will reach out to you directly.
Does RSA Charge have a code of conduct?

Will the event be filmed and photographed?
Yes. By entering and being at this event, you consent to be filmed and photographed. From time to time, RSA uses recorded video and photographs of conference events and attendees in its promotional materials. Unless permission to record and use such images is revoked in writing to RSA, by virtue of your attendance, you agree to the use of your likeness in such materials. All videography and photography will be done in reliance on the consent you give by entering the event.
