What does my registration fee cover?
The full conference registration fee includes access to all sessions, the Partner & Product Expo, Welcome Reception, RSA Archer Customer Appreciation Evening event, and all hosted meals. Travel and hotel costs are the responsibility of the attendee.
What meals are hosted by the conference?
The conference will include the following meals:
- Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening
- Breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the conference
- RSA Archer Summit 2018 Customer Appreciation Evening event on Thursday evening

May I bring a guest?
Each registered conference attendee is allowed to register one (1) guest as a companion for $250. The fee includes access to conference breakfasts and lunches, Wednesday’s Welcome Reception and Thursday’s Customer Appreciation event. You may register your guest during the conference registration process. Guests are not admitted to keynote presentations or sessions. You may work with concierge services to book other activities during the day for your guest.
How can I get involved as a speaker?
If you are interested in submitting a session idea, please fill out the speaker form (pdf to be provided). We will review all submissions and notify customers if they've been accepted by April 1, 2018. For questions regarding the agenda, please contact RSAArcherSummit2018@rsa.com.
How many attendees are expected at RSA Archer Summit 2018?
With our ever-growing customer base, the RSA Archer Summit has seen rapid growth each year. This year’s conference is expected to host more than 700 attendees.
What is the Discovery Track?
The Discovery Track is for qualified prospective customers. Future customers may attend our conference, experience the buzz and learn as much as possible about RSA Archer from our customers and partners. The Discovery program will kick off on Wednesday evening and run through Thursday afternoon. All Discovery Track attendees will have a chance to meet and mingle at our Welcome Reception, during breaks and at the Partner & Product Expo.
Are there penalties for cancelling my registration?
If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so at any time before July 15, 2018 less a $100 processing fee. This processing fee applies to all RSA Archer Summit 2018 registrations. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to RSAArcherSummit2018@rsa.com.
If I cannot attend, may someone from my organization take my place?
If you are not able to attend, you may substitute another person from your company at no additional charge. Substitutions must be made in writing to RSAArcherSummit2018@rsa.com. Be sure to provide your name and the name of the individual attending in your place.
Are there other hotel options associated with RSA Archer Summit 2018?
Yes, there are plenty of other hotels in the downtown Nashville area within walking distance to the Renaissance Hotel.
Will RSA Charge be taking place in 2018 in addition to the RSA Archer Summit?
The next RSA Charge will take place in 2019. Please check the RSA Charge webpage for updates – details on the event dates/location will be released in 2018.
Is this event taking place at the same time as the IIA/ISACA 2018 Governance, Risk and Control Conference?
The IIA/ISACA 2018 Governance, Risk and Control Conference will take place earlier in the week from August 13-15 at the Omni Hotel in Nashville. Please view the event site for the full details. We have carefully planned the dates of the RSA Archer Summit so you are able to fully take advantage of both conferences while in Nashville.

Is there a dress code for the conference?
Conference attire is business casual. Meeting room temperatures are kept cool, but the outdoor temperature is likely to be warm. We suggest that you wear or bring layers for comfort.
