RSA Charge-issued credentials must be prominently displayed while at the RSA Charge or designated off-site activities. False certification of an individual as an exhibitor’s representative, misuse of an exhibitor’s badge, or any other method or device used to assist unauthorized personnel to gain admittance to the exhibit floor, will be just cause for expelling the exhibitor and his representative(s) from the exhibit floor and/or banning them from future entrance into the Expo. This would also warrant the removal of the exhibitor’s booth from the floor without obligation on the part of RSA Charge Organizer for refund of any fees. The exhibitor, his/her employees and agents, and anyone claiming to be in the hall through the exhibitor, waives any rights or claims for damages arising out of the enforcement of this rule.

You may be asked to scan your badge either at exhibit booths and/or session rooms. When your badge is scanned by exhibitors and/or sponsors during RSA Charge, you are opting-in to receiving communications from that entity. You will be subject to their communications and privacy policy and must opt-out with them directly.

RSA Charge is held in a public space, therefore RSA Charge Organizer does not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations or other companies from photographing or video or audiotaping some RSA Charge activities. RSA Charge reserves the right to use images taken at the RSA Charge with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.

Suitcasing or outboarding is prohibited at RSA Charge. RSA Charge Organizer reserves the right to escort any individual from RSA Charge who is reported to be soliciting in the Exposition and who is not a RSA Charge sponsor or exhibitor. RSA Charge Organizer encourages attendees to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry. RSA Charge Organizer also encourages you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or exhibitor.

The use of Drones/Unmanned Aircrafts (“UAV”) is strictly prohibited at all times throughout the entire Venue and the adjacent areas outside of the Venue. UAV’s are devices that are used or intended to be used for flight in the air with no onboard pilot (either controlled manually or through an autopilot using a data link to connect the pilot to the UAV).

In its sole discretion and without refund, RSA Charge Organizer reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the RSA Charge anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the RSA Charge or any other attendee.
