Rohit Ghai has more than 20 years of experience in IT in both startup and big company settings, with expertise in digital transformation in highly regulated markets, and knowledge across software, systems and security. Ghai joined Dell EMC from Symantec, where he held a variety of roles. Ghai holds masters and bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina and IIT, Roorkee.

Grant Geyer is responsible for establishing the vision and strategy for RSA’s product portfolio. He joined RSA in 2013 from Symantec, where he served as vice president of managed security services following Symantec’s acquisition of his prior employer, Riptech. At Riptech, Grant was vice president of business development, in charge of managing relationship with major service providers and technology alliance partners. Earlier in his career, Grant served as a military intelligence officer for the U.S. Army.

He has held notable leadership roles in operations, engineering, business strategy development, marketing and sales, and other executive leadership positions such as COO at BT Counterpane, Chief Strategy Officer at Silversky/Perimeter eSecurity (now part of BAE), Vice President of Security and Business Continuity at AT&T, and CEO of SAVANTURE (now part of Blue Ally).

Niloofar Howe came to RSA in 2015 from Endgame where, as the company’s chief strategy officer, she drove market and product strategy and led marketing, product management, corporate development and planning. Prior to Endgame, she was managing director of Paladin Capital Group, a $1 billion private equity fund, for nine years. She led the development and implementation of Paladin’s family of funds investment strategies and oversaw Paladin’s investment portfolio. Niloo previously also worked for Zone Ventures, as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. and as an attorney with O’Melveny & Myers.

TED KAMIONEK, HEAD OF GLOBAL SALES, RSA

As head of global sales, Ted Kamionek is responsible for driving top-line revenue and expanding the customer base. He moved into his current position after serving as vice president of the global channel organization, where he led a large-scale channel transformation initiative. Prior to his role as global channel vice president, Ted held a variety of high-level, strategic positions inside RSA: He ran global operations, M&A and strategy, and business development. During that time, he oversaw the acquisitions of NetWitness, Archer, Cyota and Passmark. Ted joined RSA in 1999 in marketing.

ZULFIKAR RAMZAN, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER, VICE PRESIDENT, RSA

As CTO, Dr. Zulfikar Ramzan leads the development of RSA’s technology strategy and is responsible for bringing to market innovations that protect customers from advanced cyber threats. He joined RSA in 2015 from Elastica, where he was CTO. Previously, he was Sourcefire’s chief scientist, and before that, technical director of Symantec’s Security Technology Response division. Zulfikar holds more than 50 patents and a PhD in electrical engineering and computer science from MIT. His doctoral advisor was Professor Ronald L. Rivest, co-founder of RSA Data Security.

HOLLY ROLLO, CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, RSA

Holly brings 25 years of marketing experience in the enterprise technology industry to RSA. Before joining the company in 2016, she served as chief marketing officer at Fortinet and as vice president of corporate marketing at FireEye. She also previously held senior marketing positions with SuccessFactors and SumTotal Systems. Additionally, she has worked for Cisco, SAP and IBM/Tivoli in marketing and strategic planning roles.
