RSA Security has identified four patents ("the RSA Patents") we believe could be relevant to implementing certain operational modes of the OASIS WS-Security: SOAP Message Security specifications. To obtain a reciprocal royalty free license to the RSA Patents to make, use and sell products conforming to the OASIS WS-Security: SOAP Message Security specifications, a customer or partner must sign the attached Patent License Agreement.

Instructions for Completing the Patent License Agreement

1. Download the RSA OASIS WS-Security: SOAP Message Security specifications Patent License Agreement
2. Print two originals
3. Insert the following information (handwritten is fine)
• Page 1
• Your company’s legal name (e.g., ("XYZ Corporation("), state of incorporation and business address
• Page 4
• Your company’s legal name
• The name of the authorized endorser in legible letters
• The official company title of the authorized endorser in legible letters
• The date the Patent License Agreement is signed
• Have the authorized endorser sign the Patent License Agreement (Vice President level or higher)*
• Return the originals by courier to:

*Once you have signed and submitted the agreement to RSA Security, RSA Security will sign the agreement and return one original back to you.
